چکیده
Abstract Conventional method for domestic wastewater treatment could be inefficient due to active organic loadings and high population. Thus, the treated still contains nutrient of nitrogen, phosphorus, ammonia that can lead eutrophication threaten biodiversity in long run. This study is aimed concentrate on capability microalgae, Chlorella sp. Spirulina cultivated with secondary effluent nutrients removal biomass yield. The sample was collected analysed characterization total nitrogen (TN = 2.78 mg/L) phosphorus (TP 2.13 using standard by APHA. optimization best dilution microalgae ratio were run Research Surface Methodology (RSM). optimum results found which 100% mixed 50% 70% dilution. highest obtained from yield 0.22 g/L. While NPK scanning electron microscopy energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS) 0.6 wt% 0.3 (P) potassium (K) respectively. Subsequently, potential traits as a biofertilizer positively observed based these responses. shows able grow have ability become content.

The oleaginous microalga Chlorella sp. LAM-H screened from freshwater was proven to be a prospective feedstock for oil production according to its fatty acid composition. In order to enhance lipid production, response surface methodology (RSM) was used with central composite design (CCD) to optimize the heterotrophic cultivation of microalgae. The experiment results showed that a satisfactory s...

Producing crude palm oil (CPO) will have side effect on producing palm oil mill effluent (POME). Besides of high COD /BOD contents, POME still contains high amount of nutrients (nitrogen, phosphor and mineral). Traditional treatment of palm oil mill effluent using facultative anaerobic method not fully eliminated COD and BOD into allowable limit. The objective of this research was to utilize p...
